House has always been very well maintained, minimal damages.  

Concentrate on paying down/off your credit debt.

This would require a landlord to partner with and trust their tenants with the responsibility of maintaining their property.I have no reason to trust tenants with that much responsibility.

Alternatively, you could put building maintenance as a responsibility for the first floor tenant (or one of the tenants) with a benefit such as sole use of back yard providing he/she maintains property.Hope this helps.

And you'd also have a slightly smaller mortgage payment which helps you maintain a positive cash-flow (or just break even) if you have to drop rents in response to a crash.

So I was hoping someone might have some experience using weebly to create and maintain a motivated sellers website and could provide some insight if they are happy with the results of that or not.Have you been successful at creating forms to capture leads and drive traffic to your website?
