What information do I need to gather from the agent / seller, and what additional due diligence do I need to do when evaluating this property versus when we evaluate SFR & Duplex?

Hi All, What a great site, I'm glad to have discovered Bigger Pockets thanks to a quick drop down the virtual real estate information rabbit hole!

When looking at a possible property to invest in, sometime the pro-forma provided doesn't show accurate information.

@Tajinder KandolaSomeone local will have better/newer information ... until then.The only broker in your area with whom we have dealt is Peter Kinch (Dominion Lending).
