I was wondering if anyone knows of a time keeping App for Real Estate Professionals that can use as a daily tracker for the minimum of hours needed?

@Jonathan Taylor my question is will a bank do a purchase if your on furlough status?

I don't know what the status of the plans (other than 'approved') or the 2 extra units that are proposed to be built.If I'm understanding things correctly, those two extra apartments will bring in $2300 * 2 per month  * 12 per year/ 4% should give us $1.3MM extra value? 

Obviously there are a lot of details I have left out, but suffice it to say, they lied to us the entire time, one delay after the other, and used their status as mentors at the NVREA (and our trust in the program) as a cover for their dirty dealings. 

I understand how grateful I am for my health and I understand things can be much worst.

@Andy Wilson any status update?

I have a few apartment buildings and April has been status quo for rents.
