If your NOI is closer to 50% of GSI ($96,000) then cf per unit drops to $125.

As you move towards the nicer areas, the area gets better - closer to Cleveland proper, the grade goes down.

There is one in Indianapolis run by Vickie Perry which is 139 miles from you or you cold come to my meeting in Marion, IL which is 85 miles from you.There may be other groups closer to your home that are not Chapters of the National Real Estate Investors Association that I am unaware of.

The odd thing is that the large facility is charging only $50/ month for a 10x20 unit, whereas the 28k in other facilities are charging closer to industry norms at $140/month.
