Once again, if you ask 10 people for their investing criteria you'll get 10 answers, but over time you'll develop your own criteria based on what's a good deal for you in your particular market.

So here I am, looking to connect, meet other investors, and learn everything I can, so that I can make a good first decision in my real estate journey.

The duplexes will be in B-class mix of blue-collar and white-collar neighborhoods with good rental demand and during times of a recession they should hopefully hold their rental price & demand.How does the plan sound?
