You could then "wrap" the original loan with a new loan for the difference, sell it, and pocket the difference on monthly cash flow from the note rather than the property.Or, as mentioned, if it is possible to separate the lots after purchase and sell them off individually, then that could be a gold mine, but I wouldn't bet on it going in ... just an upside bonus if you can pull that off.The above is my understanding of how such a thing might work, but Jay is the man with the plan on these type deals, so if he doesn't pick up on this thread, I'd find him on BP and reach out direct.

See if they can stay with family and forgive rent for the days they can't occupy the unit or if they don't have the option of family, if you want to be generous and caring, pay for a hotel room for a week or two.
