I figured that putting myself out there to you guys here on the forum from the comfort of my own home would be the perfect way to start getting over this next hurdle along my journey and make a couple of new great friends in this new chapter of mine.Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this. 

I answered this question on Quora a couple years ago and it got over 150,000 views, so I'm guessing it's a decent response to the question... 

I had it done a couple weeks ago, and because there was a legacy report done in 1990 done by a now disqualified inspector they have to make my report and amendment to the original, which means they have to process it through the state to find the original report. 

We just purchased a home in Denton and closing on that home in a couple of weeks.

@Ned Carey I’m going for the David Greene approach (I think it was him who said this a couple times in the podcasts).

My wife and I are a young couple looking to get started in the real estate investing game. 

I look at where the likelihood of growth over the next couple of years will take place. 

(Where a couple of wholesalers try to wholesale the same property). 

I had a couple of calls from HH regarding two different families who need short term rentals (6-8 mos.) and HH would be willing to pay more to make it worth my time. 

I called an elderly couple who said my timing couldn’t have been better.
