Answering your question yes you just type the @ symbol followed by the first few letters of someone's name for example for you I would type @Goldy Reich and after you enter the first few letters the name should pop up on the bottom of the screen.

Hi,I was wondering if anyone, @Steve Hamilton , has a definitive answer on what is allowable for expenses within a SDIRA, as far as 'misc personal expenses' goes.It is my understanding that even though you can not contribute 'sweat equity' into a SDIRA property, you CAN do the book keeping and tenant screening etc.....

This is also a submarket where you definitely need professional property management that is used to dealing with professional tenants (not tenants who work at professions), who screen well and enforce all lease terms for all tenants.
