Believe me, all you need to know is the laws, your market, and a simple how to  dot dot dot [enter your niche here].You are never ready, and I am STILL not ready.You just need to be confident , have an unhealthy ego, as long as you can keep it in check.. so I fail there miserably, go out, be you, be a force to be reckoned with.

Courses are generally an extremely overpriced version of what should have been a $20 book.

Some of their team can be smarmy or patronizing ( accompanied by extreme ignorance) but most are stellar and have good to great customer service skills.

I’ve also purchased some deals at large discounts to market value, always from extremely motivated sellers.

I can tell you that even with two degrees in accounting and CPA, grasping tax concepts without having experience is extremely hard, at least for me.
