I have spoken to a few GCs, most of them are not sophisticated enough to proivde a cost breakdown structure, showing the scope of work, level of effort, time of delivery. 

Several friends/colleagues and I have started a general investment interest group and through this others have expressed interest in starting investing in syndications. 

Thanks for your opinion, but to be honest, the condescending negativity expressed in the prior post is a disservice to your agenda.  

I understand that people really are guarded about their property, but I always think "do you call the auto mechanic or pizza delivery place and tell them you don't want any when they send you an ad?"

Ultimately, a tenancy by the entireties can be terminated: (1) upon the death of one co-tenant spouse; (2) divorce; (3) a joint conveyance; or (4) through an express or implied agreement.I'd like to hear from any knowledgeable folks about how this type of protection differs from asset protection provided by taking title in my LLC.

To keep your other reserves in tact see what you can come up with through rideshare/food delivery/etc...You're in Dallas so it's probably more than you think if you work Cowboys games, concerts, college football, early morning airport runs, and/or late night.
