So, the benefits you would get from working with a experienced and motivated local agent that has insights to what areas fit your investment goals would be something you would still be missing even if you did get your RE license. 

I have had an account with BP sense September of 2017 and now return with my first post and the hopes of learning more and connecting with more experienced people.

One final word of advice:  If you use QB,  get your accountant's help in setting it up (unless you are an experienced bookkeeper, which I am not).  

The bulk of his time is being involved in construction for many years who has been both as a manager and an owner but also a little bit of real estate.If I had to invest out of state and to hold my travel expenses down I would seriously go with an experienced Turnkey Company or invest into real estate with a man like Grant Cardone.
