I am evaluating the best methods to invest in syndications, wondering if there are any tips / pointers.A single member LLC, a Solo 401k (tax advantages) or any other type of investment entity and pros/cons?

From there, our HELOC application was escalated to the senior VP of underwriting for their bank who responded back by countering their initial counter offer with $20,000 final offer.I am completely dumbfounded as to how this went down.

I can't figure out who is the best fit for that.Any additional tips, feedback, or thoughts are appreciated!

The demand is due to to the crazy money Wall Street has been injecting, hence escalating prices. 

I wanted to ask if anyone has any tips; whether it be books I should read, types of investing I should focus on, people I should contact, etc.

@Patricia ChamorroBelow are some tips to find a Local CPA that specializes in real estate1) Attend a Local REIA / Real Estate meetup and see who other investors are using as a CPA2) Network with other investors from your City/State that you find on bigger pockets and see who they use as a CPA3) Look for CPA's with good google/yelp reviews where 'real estate' is mentioned in the review.4) Verify that your CPA is licensed.

Tips:1. great photos2. good description. be clear what you require to cut down on wasting your time.3.
