I'm currently 28 years old, made a career change this past summer to a job that I enjoy much better than the one before that deals more in the financial sector which has been something I was always interested in.

However I am enjoying the process of learning right now from vets like you!

I hope to one day get a vacation house there but it would be a "toy" and not necessary an investment.

I've always been interested in real estate as my dad was a general contractor for almost 30 years (I spent many a sick day, summer vacation, or earning a few extra bucks on the job site with him) and my grandfather before him built large commercial structures.

It's just not a space I like but others enjoy it. 

I found BP and the podcasts when trying to learn more about how I can turn my love for real estate into a growing business and have enjoyed it very much.
