Should the value be figured as a package or individual property?

We're all humans who encounter the same ups and downs.

Our main goal is to offer a quick, easy solution to homeowners that have encountered problems pertaining to their property, or just want to sell their home hassle free.

Even if the borrower makes a better pitch later, if they fish in the same pond, when the other lenders in the area ask me if I know the investor--when I relay the story of our encounter it would probably give them pause and lead to more rejections.

$700k may be too high if comps come in at $1 million.I have you thought about presenting it as a package with build-able plans?

After the package is complete, public notices are posted in whatever venue of practice the municipality uses to make public notices.

However, I'm not suggesting we try to reinvent the wheel by figuring out how to legitimize, package and market this fledgling cottage industry; that will be coming soon enough. 

This is a great place to throw out ideas and get answers and differing opinions on problems you may encounter.  

Providing a solid and complete package to a lender upfront goes a long way.  

Ive heard so many times about this "presentation packet" or package so that the "lender won't have a hard time" in the podcasts, yet it is not being discussed here or no one have shown example.
