It is very expensive and you will definitely turn off / lose tenants that way.I would turn it over to a high efficiency NG furnance and keep the hydronic system.

If you only accept credit scores within a certain range or if you do not accept tenants that are on the national sex offenders registry, then I would communicate that to them, depending on the tenant screening criteria you follow when accepting any new tenants.

I don't like the idea of doing that since these are total strangers that are not held to any standards unlike realtors.I only do group showings now to be as efficient as possible with in person showings and schedule at least 3-5 people for the same timeslot to usually get maybe 1-2 people that actually show up.
