Banks are allowed to close helocs essentially whenever they want.

Essentially, our Notes require the request to change payment address to be made in writing and submitted to the Borrower's address as listed in the Note by first-class mail or personal delivery. 

When I didn't live here I essentially told them they needed to figure it out.. 

This was a lesson we learned - we could only affect what was on our property, so the fencing was essential to take control of the immediate environment and improve our street and neighbor next door.

Recently purchased 2nd property continuing with strategy of rentals focused on new/young families in an area with one of MN's better school districts, near airport and a confluence of highways to easily commute to the many fortune 500 companies in the area (if commuting is still a thing) What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I know I am on some kind of free email from them that will give info like there are 7 sales in Kansas this month, but that doesn't tell you much...so I'm guessing for a fee they will in turn tell you which cities or counties or school districts or taxing entity is having the sale.Your local sales are probably what you want in reality...call or better yet GO to your tax office or appraisal district and inquire. 

This is a location well within the commuter range of the Twin Cities or for families looking for this school district.

This way you waste minimal time, and essentially cast the widest net.

This excludes weekly rentals through Airbnb (or other similar sites), and leaves the option of seasonal leases or a one-year lease option.The goal for this investment would be a way for us to break into out-of-state investing, invest in an appreciating market, and essentially use it as a house-hack for a vacation spot.
