I bought a property for my daughter & immediately after possession we got the assessor at the door for a walk through.

Lol. )  I have a wonderful fiancé and 2 beautiful kids, a 21/2 year old son and a 1 year old daughter.

I was a young single mom trying to go to college when I realized my student loans would be outrageous,  and I didn't want the same for my daughter.  

I'm hoping that as his knowledge in the matter increases that he will help me to get his daughter, my wife, on board.  

I have three daughters and I want more for them and myself so here goes!

I may have to wait till the following one as I recently gave birth, but am using the downtime of when my daughter naps to figure out how I can get started with real estate investing and do as much research as possible.

I don't regret all the life-consuming work I put into single family homes and property management because it was how I HAD to get started (ZERO $ CAPITAL and total care responsibility for our long awaited newborn daughter back in 1998)IF I had the capital back then, I probably would have done maybe 2 rehabs / rentals / mgmt. instead of 300.

My daughter turned me on to it a few years ago when she was asking the same questions you are. 

Managing my units and just did the yearly student turnovers and watching my stock portfolio more intently and making decisions thereMOST important stuff is my family, two year grand daughter and my second Granddaughter coming next month named Madison!

I want my daughter to learn real estate.
