Newbie from Woodbridge VA

Hello Everyone,

          My name is Trudy. I am a newbie investor from Woodbridge Va. ( I am from Va. but both my mom and dad's side of the family are from Detroit! Just thought I would put that out there since I have been listening to a lot of the podcasts lately. Lol. )  I have a wonderful fiancé and 2 beautiful kids, a 21/2 year old son and a 1 year old daughter. I am going to be wholesaling. I don't really have any experience in real estate yet except for the fact that I have been trying to educate myself as much as possible for the past couple of years. I guess you could say I have been stuck in analysis paralysis but I am ready to snap out of it and take action. I'm not exactly sure of all my goals right now but I do have a few of them for starters:

1) I want to own my own real estate wholesaling business.

2) I want to close my first deal by the end of this year.

3) I would like to eventually own a few rentals... possibly even a mobile home park.

I actually found out about biggerpockets because I was reading "The Guide to Real Estate Investing" (Rich dad education) and decided to look up a question online. One of the websites that came up was biggerpockets.com and I found out it was free so I registered right away. I have been coming on here everyday ever since. This is an amazing website.
