How do I find out if the probate executor, administrator or personal representative has "full authority , no bond" !?!?!"

The bond is an insurance policy that protects the heirs in the case of the administrator (no will) or executor (will) run off to Vegas with the mone and put it all on black and lose.

My question is, is it possible to export large amounts of property-level information to import into Excel or a standard database?
