They have great customer service. 

I was out looking to make money and to grow a customer base which I did.

The customization offered was much better, as I can set it up to take multiple tenants on one app as a part of a household, rather than multiple apps for the same group. 

I am not a customer of Equity.

My experience with customs is that the delays are usually on the client side, there is no way I'm signing the agreement, as is.I spoke to another buddy that is a custom builder and he said the way he handles it is that he gets his client to run his contract requirements through their lender.

I may have to call customer service on this one!

I went into customer homes, had them sign a statement acknowledging that I was recording our conversation.

I has a custom trailer build that is I think 6 feet wide, 10 feet deep and 8 feet wide and the trailer works out far better than any van I ever owner.

How are you going to ship product? 

@Chad Pantel I currently have a 20' shipping container home rented on Airbnb and I also worked with a 40' container that is being used as a primary residence, that will be eventually turned into an Airbnb.
