It was normal to be high during the summer with the usage of air conditioning with the expectation that the usage would taper off in the winter. 

In the engineering department, I probably want to have experts in electric traits, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, flooring, etc.

Needs a new roof and central air installed.

Also good schools, cozy and new neighborhood vibe.

Central heat & air.

If you need to install central air or replace a furnace that is going to cost a few thousand dollars.

Doing some work in the attic to shore up air leaks would help.

I've heard mixed reviews on Cozy and also they are being acquired by another group i know nothing about. 

@Dan GustavsonI’d also Rent out the RV as an air bnb and then kick the dog out of his house and rent it as a mother in law suite ,throw out the Christmas crap in your attic and rent it to college students , convert your sons tree house to a sober living for men home .

When I am living in the new build I plan to do Air bnb, so I am not sharing a space with my tenant.
