Buying in Las Vegas
Looking to purchase a house in Las Vegas. Besides Spring Valley and Henderson (River Mountain, Green Valley, what neighborhood/areas do you guys recommend?
Any tips/pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I’m in the same boat: Cali resident looking for a home in Vegas. I like Summerlin a lot, but $350k might be tough to find there. The northwest is ok as an area, not great but not bad either. I like that there are lots of new homes, seems to have a good amount of construction going on there. I haven’t checked out Spring Valley/South West, North East or South East, so can’t comment there.
