You can typically even buy it at Home Depot in many parts of the country which I know will be a big happy face for many here.Problem solved, no need for all the rigamarole. 

When he breaks down the math on what your chances are to have been born in America vs other countries it really makes me feel fortunate to have been born here vs certain other countries that don't have the social stability, laws, human rights, etc that I sometimes take for granted.

His next question will be, why am I paying $50,000 a year for someone to work from home when a worker from another country could do the same job for 1/3 or 1/4 the price?

Country is Spain (where it's still possible to buy relatively cheap).

It's a big country, there are many markets with strong demand for real estate, which are trading at higher than 5 caps.
