Our intent was to sell, but we are not having luck and need to move in another direction, carrying costs are draining us. 

Since inflation was so severe for the last few years, they had essentially decided to raise interest rates aggressively in order to fight this high inflation even if it came at the cost of slowing the economy down.

So they have to be placed & picked up quickly, or at the very worst cost so little that it doesn't matter at all if the authorities remove it.

Wondering if this is about right in terms of cost or whether there are other more affordable companies out there.  

What do you want out of a GC:  Someone who has lots of quality sub connections, someone who doesn't soak you with their fee on top of Sub costs, someone who will be there to oversee manage the quality and speed of your project at least 3x per week and be in constant communication through calls and pictures.
