Do you have a particular Facility or project in mind, or are you wanting to acquire the skillset of Deal Evaluation for potential future leads?

I've seen places where the boarders handle stalls, feeding, turnouts, and blanketing for the horses on their own but (in this area at least) it's more common for there to be a head trainer running their business at the facility who keeps an eye on all the horses.

Would also allow for a stronger MTR pivot or low-season strategy with the medical facilities (1 mile to a trauma level 2, 2.5 to a level 1), universities, and corporate headquarters in the area.

Cook county commercial taxes are a little crazy, especially in the south suburbs with a such a low commercial base.
