Residential Assisted Living - I've got a few questions

A friend has been to a course and is looking to start a 10 bed assisted living facility.  We are in discussions of me becoming a partner and I would like to speak with someone that is currently involved in the space to get a few unbiased questions answered.  It would be much appreciated if someone could spend 10 minutes on the phone with me.  Thanks
