None of the common softwares out there do this automatically.A C-Corp can be a good structure, but it does come with a lot of other headaches as well as the double taxation issue, so make sure this is really the best scenario for you before you head down that road.  

If you're looking for absolute confirmation, I'd recommend contacting them with the property address or parcel number and intended sale price to find out.

What software are you using.

Just to confirm, why would you suggest living there and renting out 1 room vs living at home and renting out 2 rooms?

No matter what software program you purchase, you have to learn how to use it.  

If you enter 2, the follow up question will be confirming whether the 2 members are spouses, and some more information about tax treatment.I understand you do your taxes yourself, but if you're investing it may be work it to start seeing a CPA who has a lot of real estate investor clients -- there are so many tax benefits you can get (and miss out on) with real estate.
