We are looking to transfer my wife's 401K to a Solo 401K and use the money to invest in real estate.  

As I get more confident, I intend to wean myself off and have quarterly reviews. 

I’ll more than likely transfer to Keller Williams because that’s where I’m starting out, or maybe another highly rated company if given the opportunity. 

If needed they could do the transfer in stages say 25% equity in Dec and 25% in January for $60k transferred in a couple months. 

Also the seller should be able to transfer current security deposits that they have to you.                 

Get the gas account in your name (or LLC etc.) and have it transfered to the new tenant.

Seller and Listing Agent is denying to turn on any utilities (especially Gas) and asking to transfer the Gas on buyer's name before they dewinterize  the property.

In other words, would a bank ever sell a bundle of notes attached to property and transfer deed at closing of the note sale?

In a multi family setting you should really have a written transfer policy so that each situation is treated the same.

I just googled myself and I found my full name and profile on in despite having changed my settings ( requested that my last name does not appear), what else can I do to make sure I am not out there any more and that the info on here has been indeed made confidential?
