.)- perhaps less likely to move as often as roommates- perhaps more likely to be a little more careful and treat the house as their 'family home'- kids are rough on houses- perhaps more established with finances, job, credit (but not enough to buy their own house)- might stay in your house longer, meaning you don't have to do this as often.
