I have analyzed a bunch of deals but am getting tripped up with one part of it.

I agree take a trip to the market after you identified a few deals you are interested in. 

I suggest if you’re not from the area take several trips to get to know the neighborhoods.

Whether they provide you with this information shows their character in that it shows they have initiative and honesty.You better have a good sense of when folks lie to you as well.

We have diapers to put on her when and if needed at that time of the month but you can’t generalize and say that all dogs destroy a home.So currently I own a dog that is not spayed and I could very well be that person in that situation so no it should not be a red flag and you need to be a good judge of character and ask the right questions and explain the potential risk based off their responses and set the fees/Deposits accordingly.
