@Billy Rogers   Maybe one of the PM software companies should take note.. and have auto e mails when the PM clicks in the software system that property is vacant, or that bids are going out.. then the software system sends you and auto responder type of email so you can stay on top of it..But land lording is land lording.. and this type of thing is just what it is ...

I'm sure it will never happen, but what would happen if software engineering went offshore?  

( I am sure it is costly) It actually transmits the data from each submeter to a central location (usually the leasing office) and records it in proprietary software for you!

I am working full time for a big software company and have been doing consulting in the area of "Business Intelligence".

Created a new website and ported new applicant information it to our new management software.  

It's been a while since I did this because internet is widely available where I travel so take it with grain of salt and test it.I believe you can always print the web page into PDF format to read on your laptop, if you have PDF converter type of software.
