I’m new to the group.

I decided to move on and find a new management company! 

I am a 42 year old newbie to Real Estate; out of New Jersey.  

What would expenses be over the next 1-5 years.If you buy a $500,000 home in New Jersey with 10% down and a 7% mortgage, your monthly payment will be $4,000 or more (including taxes, insurance).

They are starting a new phase of townhomes and I am trying to figure out if the returns will be good.

By renting out both of our properties, we will generate enough income to cover the rent of our new home.  

New to investing in the U.S but not new to the Real-estate .also..... is the bigger pocket pro membership worth it? 

I'm looking to flip a home in the Ocala FL area and am looking for a new contractor. 

They passed new loan regulations where I only need to put 3% down on owner occupied 2-4 units, which is where I plan to start.I do have skills.  

With only 2 weeks left maybe it's hard to get new loan and pay it off.
