Usually, when I'm looking at mobile homes to buy I go in there with a homeowner type of mentality.

Infact, I make almost all my purchases on a credit card to boost my credit score, and for the points which allows for free travel.

They are looking for a way to create financial freedom, or boost their retirement, or get enough cashflow to quit their jobs.

They have a different mentality when it comes to renting, investing, and hospitality.

How did you handle it and how can you change someone mentality when they are stubborn about it?

Now that the renovations have been completed (November 2022), I feel like I've been stuck in mental quicksand as it relates to what to do next (in terms of proceeding with renting it out - not selling it or living in it).

In 5 years you will have a nice equity to refinance and acquire a new unit and start boosting your portfolio. 3) acquiring 2 units might be easy to pay but might not be as much easier to get the second mortgage.
