On a side note: I'm a big fan of time blocking, productivity systems, and practice The ONE Thing methodology.My hubby is working towards getting his real estate license by end of year, and our plan was to work together as a husband-wife team in the short-term and long-term.Most of the advice I've received from my broker and other seasoned agents is that I need to consider going full-time, or I'm at risk of washing out or not reaching my income goals.

Bear in mind, the defendant has only 10 days from the auction to file this and must Show some defect in the foreclosure process.....not “I was victimized” or “I didn’t receive a notice/summons because I moved”, “I want to do a short sale” or “etc,etc,etc.”.

If the tenants understand WHY you are doing what you are doing, it will be easier for them to engage and grasp WHAT the goal is and HOW to get there.If a tenant has a bank account, it can be beneficial for receiving, saving and managing money, as well as for paying rent and utilities.

As always, please confirm anything I (or anyone else on BP) says with your attorney (and perhaps a CPA).I'd definitely double-check with the HML to see if they're okay with you receiving secondary financing.
