I don't know of any source that allows you to look at any market in the country and automatically rank it.

he says his automated underwriting engine dulp( i forgot that name looks all banks use that to automatically underwrite) etc. is failing on computer to qualify me.Any good credit union or local bank around Atlanta which does not use that engine for automated underwriting check?

It seems by the looks of it cozy makes the tenant setup an automatic debit, instead of whenever they want to pay that month?
