Hi Fulton,Did you suggest the CPA's to help with Sub To deals, or in general with accounting and tax services?

I'm living in Chicago right now, working at a financial services startup.

If rates come down much, housing affordability will shoot up again which won’t help inflation.

Cutting services and changing door locks, no matter how tempting, is a definite no-no.

@Matt Smith - as @Christopher S. mentioned you cannot use an ADU unit in Chicago as an AirBNB as the city's intent with the program is to provide additional affordable housing. 

I used Window World of Austin on my last flip for a whole home replacement and they turned out great and were the most affordable option I found.

For most of these markets, the rent-to-income ratio, a key affordability metric, is already above 30%.

@Jay A. recommend checking out and comparing their websites, then their management contracts.CHALLENENGE: most PMCs really only list their services on their websites and brag about how they are better than the competition. 

There are a slew of other services, too, so you have a lot of choice to find the best one for you.
