What do you mean by "active", wanna be investors or people who have actually put money into the game?

I've been an active reading member of BP for over a year and in that time have relocated from the Vail, CO area to Trinidad, CO where I purchased several residential and commercial properties.

You can loan money to folks or partner with folks who do want to be active.

I joined BP in April of 2018 but really only became active with it in the last couple weeks.

Tailor Rens at Krug & Rens is very active in the Milwaukee Real Estate Investors Association. 

The friends I have that are succesful in this area are actively pursuing leads through auctions, friends, etc...  

Real estate syndication's are a great way to earn solid returns (cash-flow) while not having to actively do anything.

I have made great progress on my loans and am now looking for other investments besides stocks which I have been actively investing in. 

I am Actively looking for a deal right now and looking to expand my portfolio over the years!

The only requirement is to conduct business activities, which you do.As mentioned by @Ashish Acharya, there're no tax benefits from creating an LLC.
