Hello! My name is James Stinnett, I live in Long Beach, CA.  I'm a real estate broker and new property manager.  I got my salespersons' RE license in 1993 and my Broker license in 2004. I worked as a loan officer and mortgage broker from 2000 to 2008. When the market crashed in 2008 I jumped to the real estate side and worked as an in-house RE broker for an asset management company until 2012. In 2012 I started my own RE brokerage and recently started a property management company.  I am also very interested in investing in real estate and thinking that will be probably be out of state. I joined BP in April of 2018 but really only became active with it in the last couple weeks. I am loving the podcasts and webinars and forums; so much I don't know -- very happy to be here!
