We received a court paper that there is a claim against the previous owner as we bought with an LLC (partnership) located in New York City.The fall incident happened in 07/2016 and We bought the property in 04/2017.

The only credit union that I can seem to fid to do them is Quorum credit union in New York.

We were able to get a water restoration company out that same night to set up fans which stayed in place for 3 days until moisture readings returned to normal.

Add in that The FED is trying to restore credibility through rising interest rates and causing people to no longer be able to buy homes, prices are sure to start to moderate or may even decrease.
