I am interested in some rental properties (SFR & Multi) in these areas in Las Vegas.

@Jeffrey Gordon  land assemblages with multiple mom and pop's can be a tough one.I own 4 acres across from the largest casino in N.

Has anyone worked with good competent lawyers in the las Vegas area?

A member of my REI club has been pushing them, they offer "turnkey" investments" in Orlando, Vegas, and other markets.They offer property management, design a portfolio for you etc.

It just reported that in 1212,In Las Vegas, Rental rate change / appreciation = -0.9 / +16.3Nationally , Rental rate change / appreciation = +5.2 / +5.1The long term holding is more advantageous as before.
