love the sound though... we go up to Friday harbor and Eastsound for lunch quite a bit through out the summer flying in that area is some of the best scenery in US... we fly right over this little island coming and going.I would love to own a place their some day myself. maybe not that island I would want to be able to fly in... but I would take that over some low end rental out east  LOL

They send an email out from the Meet ups (you can join by going to meetup.com) and search for Invest Gainesville: We Build Real Estate Investors.An email is sent either Thursday or Friday for the property locations that are being evaluated.I don't go to the presentation since it is a repeat.

Patrick and I hired a contractor to execute while I was absent.Arizona was a blast, and managing a full home renovation in additional to my other properties was certainly stressful; however, I couldn’t stop thinking about the next big deal.Training was only Monday through Friday from 6AM to 5PM, so I spent nights and weekends hunting for deals in the Tucson market.

Closing papers were scheduled to be signed by buyer last Friday and funds were scheduled to be transferred on Monday.My agent finds out the buyer did not sign the closing docs, and instead, finds another agent and puts in an offer to another property, in the same complex as mine.
