I'm not sure what niche yet but thinking rental properties but with a view to longer term sale.I am based in Lake County Illinois (not sure if this is the right place to invest but that is likely my first search area), are there any good websites or App's for finding great deals on foreclosure or pre foreclosure properties I should be reviewing?

hey I know that it is not PC Florida but I am trying to sell a nice .50+/- two lots into one in lake placid Florida and it's a great investment.

Looking for some feed back from investors/ rehabbers actively investing in the lake worth area.

There is a local Ogden REIA group that is excellent (nureia.org) if you are sticking closer to home, and there are a few larger groups in the salt lake area as well.    

I currently live in the Webster/Clear Lake area so I could also use good contacts from here as well.

The property is lake side with 100ft of shoreline.
