I have had a few ideas of dropping portable storage solutions on there and making a mini storage facility, beekeeping and selling off parking spaces but I’m wondering what other people have done in these situations.

Now if you are looking at a storage lot , truckers wont cough up the money , they find places to put the truck .

Some repairs include replacing the water tank, fixing plumbing issues, fixing central A/C, replacing flooring, adding washer/dryer hook ups, painting, upgrading bathrooms, repairing bedroom doors, upgrading kitchens, landscaping and driveway repairs, repairing roof and gutters and installing deduct meters on all waters mains to bill back tenants for water.

@Lucas Milburn could you have them pay a deposit equal to the price of a full tank, and then when they leave, they are required to fill the tank back up and you refund the deposit?

Theoretically (and I think legally) you can put it in storage and charge them storage fees though if they are not paying rent it is not like they have money for storage fees.
