At this point, I've read and took notes on: the book on rental property investing, " estimating rehab costs, " managing rental properties, rich dad, poor dad, and I'm about halfway through Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, RepeatI'm also around 200 episodes in to the BP podcast after I wandered over to the youtube channel from Graham Stephan's - I basically listened from graham's interview forward to the most current podcast, and then backwards from the same episode over the last 2 months.I've been practice-analyzing 3 or so deals a day for the last 20 days, and will start looking at properties this weekend.
Michael Corso 2020 will be a challenging year for the housing market.
