He took out the old tub (and left it in the front yard with a sign that said "FREE SCRAP FU@#ING TAKE ME"), put in the new tub, not connected, just sitting there, replaced drains going from vanity, toilet and tub down into basement all the way to the clean out on the basement floor.

As long as there is some form of storage, especially if house has a yard and tenant is responsible for mowing, a garage is preferred, even if tenants do not use it for vehicle.

They also let 1 of my properties get an overgrown yard in spite of their lease saying it's the renter's responsibility and they'd be fined by the manager and have to pay the city any fines.
