I just started doing research on the island and it seems there are a lot of cash flowing opportunities.

Account Closed I'm not familiar with what information is available to "assistants" that wouldn't be available to anyone doing research on their own on a property, what it is you're doing through the assistants account, and how they make money from you. 

Any answers I get here will serve as market research to build the best platform possible that is tailored to real world problems property managers face everyday.

Hello BP membership,I have been doing a lot of research on buying and building my portfolio in the last 6 months or so.

After hearing one of the podcast in regards to syndication deals I became very interested and did a little research.

I am researching new construction prices (per sqft) for new small  (2/1) (3/1) 900-1250 sqft homes in Dallas.

I have researched them and I have contract templates, but wanted some advice please.

We have done extensive research through Bigger Pockets and a few books but this is our first run with potentially purchasing liens and wanted to have a discussion on the topic.
