Fast People Search is a free one….not sure the Canada version but I’d imagine it’s similar.  

We've only used the "stick" together Allure; not the click together version.

Hello Alex,]You need the paid version of whitepages its called premium and the correct numbers will increase dramatically.

Once you have your numbers solid, including a return that works for you, print out some version of this to the seller with notes next to line items if necessary.

The short version is that the deal fell through right as I had everything lined up.  

Ok, all good, I didn't bother advertising since it sounded like a pretty clear decision.Now (in a simplified version), they  are dragging their feet, have note rented, have not reviewed the lease draft from weeks go, and wasted some time that I could have advertised already.

I don’t see how that’s the same downsides as renting… sounds like a slightly crappier version of owning a condo
