But lots of unknowns in the future with healthcare, kids, how expenses really change without a 9-5.On track to hit $1MM net worth, that is the current most compelling goal.As far as number of units, I'd like to think that our portfolio will be completely different in 15-20 years, with fewer higher quality units, so hard to speculate on that.

I too, get criticized for putting in $250 ceiling fans with remotes or $200 kitchen faucets in my rentals and better quality hardware.

I do inspections all the time for my investor clients at no charge.Eventually if you do enough work with a regular contractor, you could expect the same, until then, be prepared to pay for quality expertise.What I will warn you though is, while many think after just a few walk throughs that they know what to look for.....it takes MANY years to really know all the ins and outs of what is going on.

There are simply too many strings that are likely to come with taking this money for most quality promoters or business owners to utilize it.What is much more likely to get utilized is Title IV and the "Regulation A+" apparatus for raising up to $50M in a 12-month period.
