I don't plan on selling this house - my kids will inherit it and they can keep renting it out or move in themselves. 

My question is, if we buy the home using a conventional personal loan while we househack, what would the costs and process look like of transferring the house and the loan over to an LLC?

I recently got this house for 47k  and am looking at getting it cleaned out and rehabbed to rent.

Both houses are new construction that was completed a couple of weeks ago.

Yeah well, we are getting stronger and stronger hurricanes coming through and if I don't sell prior to house getting destroyed, would only get rebuilding costs from insurance.  

Having said that, do you all have your own house hacks?

There is something called a Pledge Of Equity that essentially says that you and your brother can seize control of your son's LLC and anything it owns - hence the house.

I would tell her keeping the cleanliness of the house is imperative, but let them know I value them.
