I have had a lot of exposure to how some of the bigger real estate deals have been put together, and am now looking to begin the journey to obtain financial independence, build a strong portfolio, and develop the generational wealth that I dream for my family.

Proving intent is very much a "facts and circumstances" matter, which means that there are no bright line rules and each scenario is independently evaluated.

I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can and networking to build a team to reach financial independence.

Does that mean I shouldn't bother getting an independent appraiser?

If I were starting over without kids, I would house hack as many times as legally possible, moving every year, until I were 100% financially independent.

I would start looking now in different areas of Denver just to see what’s out there in terms of multi family and maybe an area you’d like to live in. Depending

What I do is get a bunch of quotes from the companies but also the independent insurance agents, they are always cheaper and have better value than if you just call GEICO etc. 

This will be my very first post and my first step towards taking action towards financial independence.
